  • Chief Executive Officer

    Niall has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector.

    Having worked initially for a consulting actuary and then as a financial adviser and benefits consultant. His particular expertise is working with key individuals in SME businesses, advising on their corporate benefit structure and retirement and investment strategies.

    Second to his passion for pensions is Niall’s love of golf. He is past Captain of Sand Moor Golf Club.

 
  • Chairman

    Paul, as chief executive, ran a highly successful national insurance broking business for over 20 years making in excess of 50 business acquisitions in that time.

    Paul led the sale of the business to a leading world-wide insurer in 2007. Paul provides in depth knowledge on all business matters and is an excellent sounding board for the business strategy for Prosperis.

    In addition to cycling and travelling, in his spare time, Paul is a musician and enjoys playing in various musical line ups.

 
  • Managing Director, Wealth

    David is an experienced financial services professional having worked in the industry advising clients since 1994. He has worked with a full range of private clients throughout his career focussing on delivering their long term financial planning objectives.

    Outside of work he is a avid supporter of his children’s sporting pursuits.

  • Joint Managing Director - Corporate

    Stephen heads up the Prosperis Employee Benefit division. He has over 30 years financial services experience, with the last 20 years focussing on the provision of corporate benefits, designing, and implementing strategies focussing on employee wellness, resilience, and engagement for both SME’S and large corporate businesses.

    He is an acknowledged expert in the industry and has won numerous awards, including Best Group Risk Adviser from Health Insurance Magazine and was Highly Commended by Corporate Adviser Magazine in the same category for three consecutive years. More recently he has been a judge in the Insurer category.

    Out of work, Stephen is married with four children and spent 20 years as a senior school governor, using his work skills to help develop mental heath and wellness strategies for teachers. He has been actively involved in local junior football including coaching his daughters team! 

  • Senior Paraplanner

    Kay joined Prosperis in May 2017 and has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 30 years, previously working for many years for a leading high street building society and subsequently working for a finance company in Gibraltar before returning to the UK. She brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge on financial products as well as processes and procedures.

    Kay’s spare time is mostly spent with her husband and two boys. Kay loves travelling and walking in the countryside with their two dogs.

  • Trainee Adviser/Paraplanner

    Kevin graduated with an honours degree in Law and has been in the financial services industry since 2018. Kevin has recently joined us as a trainee adviser and paraplanner.

    Outside of work, Kevin likes to stay active, hang out with family and friends and frequently visits the latest trending brunch café in and around Yorkshire.

  • Client Services Associate

    Joe entered the financial services after completing his A Levels and has started studying for the professional qualifications.

    Outside of work he enjoys playing rugby and going to the gym.

  • Practice Manager

    Joining the business early in 2024 based in Knaresborough, Tom acts as Practice Manager across our Wealth and Corporate divisions. Bringing to the business 15 years experience leading People & Operations teams internationally, building & leading teams within some of the fastest growth, disruptive tech vendors / scale up businesses.

    In addition to time in the gym and travelling where possible, Tom maintains a keen interest in property, mentoring, self-development.

  • Independent Financial Adviser

    Luke graduated with a First Class Law degree in 2018, before joining the industry and completing his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning in 2020. Leveraging new age technology, Luke excels in planning clients' retirements and has developed expertise in cash flow modelling.

    When he's not at work, you'll find Luke at the gym, catching waves, or hitting the golf course.

  • Joint Managing Director, Corporate Services

    David previously worked for a leading pension provider and has over 20 years' experience in corporate pensions and employee benefits. His particular expertise lies in helping SMEs in the design, implementation and management of corporate pension schemes.

    David's team specialise in setting up auto enrolment schemes, providing realistic and cost-effective solutions to help employers' meet their statutory obligations.

    David spends his spare time with his family and enjoys travel, motor sport and cycling.

  • Chartered Financial Adviser

    Matthew is a Chartered Financial Adviser and our Pension Transfer Specialist. He has a background in pensions and investments with over 15 years’ experience in advising clients on a range of solutions to meet their objectives.

    When not working, Matthew enjoys most sports, but watching not playing these days, as time is short looking after his young family.

  • Independent Financial Adviser

    After achieving an Economics degree Devon joined the financial services industry in 2020.  Beginning his career with a large investment house advising clients from the heart of Mayfair he relocated to Yorkshire in 2024.  He is now working towards Chartered adviser status.  Outside of work, Devon can be found spending quality time with family and friends, watching Rugby and exploring the local countryside.

  • Executive PA & Senior Paraplanner

    Kirsty has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 15 years, previously working for a leading high street bank, providing advice on a variety of products ranging from investment, protection and retirement planning. She holds the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DIPFA).

    Kirsty’s spare time is mostly spent with her two young children and Partner.

  • Corporate Paraplanner

    David has been in the pensions industry for more than 20 years. In this time he has liaised with both large and small companies therefore can work with the formality of a larger company and the intimacy and individuality of the smaller companies. David has good communication skills and actively listens to colleagues and clients.

    David has passed numerous professional exams and gained a Diploma from the Pensions Management Institute.

    When not working, David enjoys spending time with his 2 children and is an experienced Mountain Biker regularly riding in areas across the UK.

  • Client Services Associate

    James joined us as a Client Services Assistant in 2024 after completing his A levels. Seeing this as his first step to a career in Financial Services we will support him as he starts his CII qualifications to grow his knowledge enabling him to greater help support the adviser team and our clients, hoping in the future he can fulfil this role.

    In his time away from the office, he likes to relax watching a film or listening to music when not spending time with family.

  • Operations Director

    Dawn recently joined us with a wealth of experience from over 20 years within the industry. As well as her Operations role, she continues to work with advisers in a supporting role. Dawn enjoys nothing more than weekends away in the tourer.

  • Financial Controller

    Louise has worked for Prosperis since its inception and is therefore its longest serving member of staff.

    She has now worked in the Financial services sector for over 20 years.

    Outside of work she enjoys travelling and often jets off to a European destination for a weekend break. She is hoping to expand her travels now her children are growing up and can be left at home!

  • Independent Financial Advisor

    Ollie graduated with a first-class degree in Economics in the summer of 2020. Ollie has been working in the Financial Services sector since August 2020 and achieved his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning back in March 2022. He has now passed all the required level 6 exams and will soon be Chartered.

    Outside of work Ollie is an avid sports fan and loves playing and watching football, along with various other sports.

    Between September 2024 - March 2025 Ollie is on Sabbatical. Any clients serviced by him are being looked after by other colleagues.

  • Business Protection Consultant

    Martin has many years’ experience working at Board level within the insurance and financial services sector.

    His specialism today is in advising SME clients on business related life and protection products.

    He has helped companies with needs ranging from individual protection policies to multi-million-pound shareholder protection arrangements.

    Outside of work, Martin plays bass guitar in three bands and enjoys walking with his family and his two Jack Russell Terriers (usually with a pint at the end).

  • Trainee Corporate Paraplanner

    Jakub (Kuba) joined Prosperis back in November 2021 and is taking his first steps to begin his journey in the financial services industry.

    Outside of work he enjoys going to the gym and seeing his friends.

  • Independent Financial Adviser

    Raghav began working in Financial Services in 2020 after graduating from the University of York with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. He is a Chartered Financial Planner and is currently studying to attain Certified status. 

    Out of the office, Raghav is a rugby league fanatic, CrossFit enthusiast and self-styled food critic.
